Job Description: Game Product Manager (Mobile)

Role Overview

We are looking for a data-driven and highly analytical Game Product Manager to join our mobile gaming team. In this role, you will bridge the gap between complex data analysis and creative game design. You will be responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle of game features, from fundamental theory and hypothesis testing to performance optimization and live-ops scaling.

The ideal candidate possesses the researcher mindset-someone who can navigate high-pressure environments, solve technical bottlenecks, and use systematic modeling to improve product efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Feature Lifecycle Management: Lead the end-to-end development of mobile game features, applying a structured methodology from initial design to post-launch analysis.

• Data-Driven Optimization: Utilize advanced analytical tools to interpret player behavior and game economy data, achieving measurable improvements in capacity and performance.

• Technical Problem Solving: Troubleshoot complex system imbalances and technical issues, guiding cross-functional teams toward data-backed solutions.

• Economy & System Modeling: Apply mathematical and computational modeling to understand structure-property relationships within the game's economy to guide optimization.

• Stakeholder Communication: Present complex technical roadmaps and performance data to internal teams and external partners with clarity and impact.

• AI Integration: Leverage AI and LLM tools (such as ChatGPT, Gemini, and Claude) to enhance productivity and research efficiency in product development.

Requirements

• Educational Background: A degree in a highly technical or research-intensive field (e.g., Engineering, Science, or Data Analytics).

• Analytical Excellence: Proven track record of delivering high-quality projects on compressed timelines and optimizing complex systems for higher efficiency.

• Software Proficiency: Experience with data visualization and technical software (e.g., Origin, Microsoft Office, or equivalent modeling tools).

• Resilience: Demonstrated ability to adapt to major disruptions and thrive in high-pressure, fast-paced environments.

• Language Skills: Professional working proficiency in English and Mandarin to collaborate with regional teams.
