Responsibilities include:
- Develop and implement brand strategies and marketing plans across Singapore and Malaysia, aligned with global and local priorities
- Gather and translate market, customer, and competitor insights into actionable plans
- Work closely with cross-functional teams (Medical, Market Access, Regulatory, Commercial, Finance) to ensure seamless execution of initiatives.
- Lead development of promotional materials and campaigns across channels
- Support sales force training and enablement
- Collaborate with Market Access on pricing and reimbursement initiatives
- Support product launches and lifecycle management
- Monitor performance and optimize plans based on data and market changes
- Manage marketing budgets, forecasts, and resource allocation effectively across both markets, ensuring optimal ROI.
- Track and evaluate campaign performance, and continuously refine strategies based on data and insights.
- Ensure all activities are conducted in compliance with internal policies, industry codes, and regulatory requirements.
Education/ Experience:
- Degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Biomedical or other related discipline
- ≥ 2 years of pharmaceutical marketing experience oncology experience preferred
- Strong communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work effectively in a matrix environment
