Responsibilities
1. Agent Ecosystem Product Development (Core)
- Responsible for the overall product design of the platform's agent, referral, and distribution systems, including core capabilities such as referral relationship chains, agent hierarchies, and user attribution.
- Design and continuously optimize the agent lifecycle (acquisition, activation, conversion, monetization, retention) to improve overall channel output.
- Drive the evolution of the agent system from manual operations to a productized and systematized model, reducing customization needs and dependence on manual work.
2. Agent Portal (External-Facing)
- Responsible for the design of the Agent Portal, including modules such as earnings dashboards, user data, and invitation tools.
- Optimize agent promotion flows (invitation links, deep links, creative asset tools, etc.) to improve channel conversion efficiency.
- Enhance agents self-service operational capabilities and reduce reliance on manual BD support.
3. BD Management System (Internal-Facing)
- Responsible for designing the BD management backend, including agent management, policy configuration, permission controls, data viewing, and related functions.
- Support BDs in agent segmentation management, strategy setup, and day-to-day operations to improve channel management efficiency.
- Abstract non-standard BD requests into scalable product capabilities rather than handling them through one-off custom development.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager, with experience in growth, monetization, or platform products.
- Strong end-to-end product management skills, able to independently drive complex system-based projects to launch.
- Clear logical thinking with strong abstraction skills and structured problem-solving ability.
- Experience with agent systems, affiliate programs, distribution models, or referral growth products.
- Strong understanding of channel growth mechanics and agent-driven business models.
- Practical understanding of overseas agent networks, KOL channels, or community ecosystems.
