Gprnt (pronounced Greenprint) is actively seeking an exceptional Product Manager(PM) to join our team in Singapore. As one of our first product hires, you will work closely with our senior management team to define and execute our product strategy and roadmaps across various markets. Your role will involve seamless collaboration with the commercial, operations, and marketing teams to align product with business goals.

About the role

As Gprnt's Product Manager, you are passionate about driving sustainability outcomes by building products that customers love. You are obsessed with understanding customer behaviour and market trends to craft ground breaking product ideas in the emerging sustainability sector.

You will own products end to end, from the first customer conversation through to launch and iteration. You will work closely with senior management on product strategy and roadmap, and day today with our engineering, design, ESG specialists, and other teams with the main goal of delivering a great experience to our users.

What you will do

• Product strategy and vision: Define the direction for your product area. Use data analysis, user behaviour research and market trends to decide what gets built, and shape a roadmap that supports growth and expansion into new markets.
• Discovery and customer research: Own the discovery process. Run interviews, focus groups and usability sessions with enterprises, financial institutions and regulators, and turn what you learn into validated product decisions.
• Build and ship: Translate the roadmap into detailed product requirements, user stories and prototypes. Work alongside engineering, design and ESG specialists to take features from specification through to release.
• Own outcomes: Define the success metrics with every launch. Use analytics, A/B testing and user feedback to measure performance after release, and decide what to build, fix or drop next.
• Business strategy and operations: Establish the commercial viability of your product and how it sits in the business plan. Work with the commercial and marketing teams on positioning, pricing and adoption across markets.
• AI-native product building: Use AI and prototyping tools as a core part of how you operate, such as to analyse data, interrogate customer problems, prototype experiences, test hypotheses, automate workflows and create working proofs-of-concept. Identify opportunities to embed AI into Gprnt's products where it creates meaningful customer or business value.

What you will bring

• 5 to 7 years in a product role, with a hands-on track record of taking tech products from idea to launch. You have owned a product area rather than a single feature.
• Experience building 0 to 1 in a nearly-stage setting, covering discovery and problem framing through to go-to-market.
• The ability to turn customer needs and market signals into a product strategy, a prioritised roadmap and written requirements a team can build from.
• Working knowledge of user research, product analytics and A/B testing in an agile or scrum environment.
• Enough technical fluency to hold a detailed conversation with engineers about data models, integrations and trade-offs, and to make sensible calls on scope when constraints appear mid-build.
• Fluency with AI tools in daily product work, and experience scoping or shipping AI-assisted features. You know where AI improves the user experience and when a simpler solution is the better answer.
• Clear written and verbal communication. You can make a complex requirement land with engineers, ESG specialists and senior management, and hold your own with external partners and the C-suite.
• Comfort moving between strategy and execution. You are happy to build the first version yourself and run several priorities at once with little supervision.
• A team player attitude, ready toroll up your sleeves and support the team wherever it is needed.

Nice to have

• Experience with sustainability reporting, ESG data or regulatory disclosure. You will work alongside ESG specialists, so what matters more is how quickly you pick up a new domain.
• A background in UX design, digital marketing or software engineering.
• Experience working in an early-stage or rapidly scaling start-up.
• Experience launching products across multiple markets.
