Product Manager (Government Sector)

Key Responsibilities

• Own the product lifecycle from problem definition through delivery and continuous improvement.
• Engage users to understand needs, pain points, and problem statements.
• Conduct as-is and to-be process mapping and facilitate process redesign sessions to identify consolidation and improvement opportunities.
• Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned to business outcomes.
• Translate business and user needs into clear requirements for technical team.
• Work closely with users to design, build, test, and release product features for every sprint, ensuring timely achievement of roadmap goals.
• Monitor outcomes, gather feedback, and iterate the product to maximize value and adoption.
• User requirements and design documentation are to be completed and handed over accordingly to support the build phase.
• Support users to drive change and product usage.

Experience and Skills Required

• At least 7 years of experience of delivering measurable business outcomes through digital product transformation.
• Proven experience in conducting requirement gathering and translating findings into clear product requirements.
• Proven experience in conducting process mapping and facilitating process redesign to drive business transformation.
• Abilityto define success metrics and evaluate whether MVP outcomes have been achieved.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Familiarity with agile product development methodologies.
• Experience in delivering digital products within Singapore Government.
• Familiarity with low-code platforms or no-code platforms, such as Microsoft Power Platform.
• Relevant certifications such as Certified Product Owner or Certified Business Analyst (BA).
