Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end product research, planning, and design for the company's products.
Conduct market, user, and competitor analysis to define product strategy and develop clear product roadmaps.
Work closely with the R&D team to translate product concepts into executable solutions and drive successful product delivery.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather, analyse, and document business and user requirements.
Prepare Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) and develop product prototypes and user flows.
Identify and consolidate user needs through industry research, user insights, and data analysis to continuously improve and iterate product features.
Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution, delivery, and ongoing optimisation of product workflows and processes.
Requirements
3-5 years of experience in product management or product design.
Hands-on experience with product and design tools such as Figma, Axure, Photoshop, and XMind, including designing product workflows and functional modules.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams.
Ability to quickly understand business requirements with strong analytical, logical, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong learning mindset.
Experience with game-related products is an added advantage.
