Key Responsibilities
- Drive the development and management of investment products, including mutual funds, ETFs, and alternative investment products.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify product opportunities and industry trends.
- Work closely with portfolio managers, investment, sales, and compliance teams to develop and launch new fund products.
- Manage the product lifecycle from concept, structuring, approval, launch, and ongoing enhancements.
- Prepare product materials, presentations, and client documentation to support distribution and marketing.
- Monitor product performance, AUM growth, and investor demand, providing insights for product strategy.
- Ensure products comply with regulatory requirements and internal governance standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field.
- 5-8 years of experience in product management within asset management, fund houses, or financial institutions.
- Strong understanding of investment products, fund structures, and capital markets.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams (investment, distribution, compliance).
- Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.
- Professional certifications such as CFA or CAIA would be an advantage.
