The Position

We're looking for a strategic and dynamic Product Manager to lead the launch of our innovative pulmonary fibrosis treatment across the region. You'll drive early market shaping, cross-functional collaboration, and regional marketing strategy to build awareness, advocacy, and access. Duties & Responsibilities
- Develop and lead the launch readiness plan and execution for the Lung Portfolio pipeline product (BI 1015550 / PDE4B Inhibitor) across the region, both internally and externally, leveraging insights from Nintedanib/OFEV.
- Prepare and conduct early market shaping activities in preparation for launch.Build stakeholder perception around early treatment with PDE4B inhibitors for pulmonary fibrosis.
Gain regional insights and drive understanding of the new therapeutic area.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration to drive awareness, early access, advocacy, and team readiness for early engagement.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive pre-launch and post-launch performance evaluation in collaboration with diverse stakeholders.
- Execute the regional marketing strategy and work closely with colleagues across the organization to maximize sales results and build leading brands. Drive development of cross-functional affiliate marketing plans with clear portfolio and brand strategies linked to tactical execution.
- Enhance market understanding through relevant marketing tools, and identify growth opportunities via close collaboration with affiliate teams and extensive insights and analysis.
- Develop and adapt materials, and lead digital initiatives for the brand and portfolio across the region.
- Support and drive go-to-market transformation and adoption of platforms and processes to enable excellent customer-centric engagement.
About our future employee
- University degree in Science, Business, or equivalent a postgraduate degree in Business Administration is preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years in strategic and operational marketing or related functions, with a proven track record.
- Experience in the Respiratory Therapeutic Area or Specialty Care is a plus.
- Product launch experience is preferred.
- Regional marketing experience is an advantage.
- Strong business planning, budgeting, and financial management skills.
- Excellent analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
- Open-minded, able to manage ambiguity, and capable of driving complex projects within tight timelines.
- Strong interpersonal and influencing skills able to engage effectively with regional and country stakeholders.
