About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and strategic Product Manager to join our team. This individual will play a key role in defining problem statements, crafting proposals to justify resource allocation, and securing funding for product initiatives. The ideal candidate will be adept at identifying hypotheses, defining product strategy, and creating detailed product roadmaps.
This is a cross-functional role that requires close collaboration with design, engineering, and business stakeholders to deliver innovative and impactful products.
Key Responsibilities
- Define clear problem statements and business cases for new initiatives.
- Craft proposals to justify resource allocation and secure internal funding.
- Identify and validate hypotheses through research, data analysis, and stakeholder engagement.
- Develop and own the product strategy and roadmap, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
- Collaborate with design and engineering teams to translate requirements into actionable development tasks.
- Manage the product lifecycle from ideation to launch, including post-launch evaluation.
- Document product requirements and workflows using tools such as Confluence and Jira.
- Create mockups or wireframes (e.g., using Balsamiq) to support communication of product ideas.
- Act as the voice of the customer, ensuring solutions deliver measurable value.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3-6 years of experience as a Product Manager or in a similar role.
- Proven ability to define product strategies, craft business cases, and secure buy-in from stakeholders.
- Experience working closely with design and engineering teams in an Agile environment.
- Hands-on experience with Confluence, Jira, and preferably Balsamiq (or similar wireframing tools).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
