Job Description
- Define and execute product roadmap aligned with business objectives
- Manage full product lifecycle from ideation to launch and enhancement
- Collaborate with engineering, design, and business teams
- Translate customer and market insights into product features
- Drive product performance analysis and optimisation initiatives
- Support integration with financial systems, partners, and platforms
The Successful Applicant
- 5+ years of product management experience in fintech or financial services
- Proven experience delivering digital or technology-driven products
- Strong understanding of product lifecycle and agile methodologies
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders effectively
- Strong problem-solving skills with a user-focused mindset
- Exposure to trading platforms, financial systems, or integrations is advantageous
