About the Opportunity
We are hiring two Senior Product Managers, each owning a distinct product line within our trading and digital asset ecosystem:
- Senior Product Manager OTC Trading Platform
- Senior Product Manager Crypto-Backed Lending
1 Senior Product Manager OTC Trading Platform
Role Overview
Own and scale an institutional OTC trading platform covering stablecoins and digital assets. This role focuses on strengthening and enhancing an existing OTC business and trading infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the full OTC trade lifecycle: pricing, quoting, execution, hedging, settlement, and ledger booking
- Partner closely with Trading and Treasury to optimise execution efficiency and liquidity management
- Improve trading workflows and operational scalability
- Ensure appropriate risk controls and governance are embedded in product design
- Lead delivery from discovery to UAT, rollout, and continuous optimisation
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Trading, Risk, Operations, Finance, Compliance, and Engineering
Requirements
- 5+ years of Product Management experience in fintech, trading, payments, or digital asset platforms
- Strong expertise in FX and OTC market structure and trade lifecycle
- Experience working in regulated financial environments
- Understanding of post-trade processing, reconciliation, and settlement systems
- Institutional trading or capital markets exposure preferred
2 Senior Product Manager Crypto-Backed Lending
Role Overview
Own and scale a crypto-collateralised lending product where clients pledge digital assets (e.g., BTC, ETH) to receive fiat or stablecoin loans. This role requires strong crypto-native product thinking and risk awareness.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end crypto loan product lifecycle
- Design and manage collateral frameworks (LTV ratios, margin calls, liquidation logic)
- Partner with Risk and Treasury to manage volatility exposure
- Define and optimise the customer journey from staking to disbursement
- Ensure appropriate controls, monitoring, and operational resilience
- Build scalable risk management and liquidation mechanisms
Requirements
- 5+ years of Product Management experience in fintech or digital asset platforms
- Strong understanding of crypto market dynamics and volatility
- Experience with collateralised lending, structured products, DeFi-style loans, or crypto exchanges
- Ability to design risk-aware products in high-volatility environments
- Traditional retail or SME banking lending background alone will not be sufficient
