• Own and manage the product roadmap, delivery backlog, and product lifecycle for digital or data platform initiatives.
• Lead product discovery activities to identify business needs, define use cases, and establish measurable success criteria.
• Prioritise product features and maintain the product backlog in collaboration with business and technical stakeholders.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Gather, analyse, and document business requirements, functional specifications, and user stories.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product features align with business objectives and technical architecture.
• Support data modelling and platform design discussions to ensure business requirements are effectively translated into technical solutions.
• Maintain product documentation and promote knowledge sharing with internal teams.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in product management, preferably for data, analytics, or digital platform solutions.
• Proven experience leading product discovery, defining product roadmaps, use cases, and success metrics.
• Strong business analysis, requirements gathering, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working in Agile environments with backlog management and sprint planning.
• Understanding of data platforms, analytics, and data modelling concepts is an advantage.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, organisational, and collaboration skills
