Product Manager FX Trading Technology

- The Product Manager will drive the next generation of products in electronic trading and liquidity services.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and develop the strategy, vision, and roadmap for FX trade execution and liquidity aggregation platforms, ensuring alignment with market trends and client needs.
- Collaborate with trading, technology, operations, sales, and compliance teams to deliver innovative eFX capabilities and scalable solutions.
- Conduct market and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and enhance product differentiation, tracking developments in global FX markets.
- Gather and prioritize product requirements, create detailed specifications, and work with engineering teams in agile environments to execute delivery.
- Ensure products meet regulatory requirements (KYC, AML, MiFID II, Dodd-Frank) and provide secure, compliant solutions to institutional clients.
- Drive client engagement by interfacing directly with key customers, understanding workflows, and incorporating feedback into product enhancements.
- Monitor product KPIs, market adoption, user experience, and profitability, using insights to optimize product evolution.

Qualifications:
- Bachelors or advanced degree in Finance, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline.
- 5+ years experience in product management, FX trading technology, liquidity aggregation, or a relevant fintech environment.
- Deep understanding of FX markets, eFX platforms, pricing engines, and electronic trading workflows.
- Ability to translate customer needs and market trends into actionable product requirements for technical teams.
- Demonstrated experience working with cross-functional, global teams and strong stakeholder management skills.
- Familiarity with regulatory and compliance aspects impacting electronic financial products in institutional markets.
- Outstanding analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with a track record of successful product launches in trading technology.
Preferred Experience:
- Experience with API integrations, FIX protocol, low-latency infrastructure, or algorithmic trading workflows.
- Track record in post-trade processing, clearing, settlements, and compliance within FX and derivatives.
