Key Responsibilities
- Lead thefull eKYC/KYB journey, including ncluding onboarding flows, verification processes, risk scoring, and ongoing monitoring.
- Build and evolve the KYC product strategy and roadmap.
- Translate regulatory and policy requirements into structured product documentation and technical deliverables.
- Collaborate with Engineering to architect API-driven, modular KYC frameworks, integrating external vendors for identity, screening, and fraud detection.
- Serve as the internal subject-matter expert for KYC, supporting cross-functional teams and partner engagements.
Our Ideal Candidate
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science
- 4+ years of product management experience within fintech, payments, banking, or regtech.
- Experience with KYC/KYB, AML, onboarding, or compliance-led products.
- Familiarity with third-party KYC vendors(identity verification, sanctions screening, fraud tools)
- Strong stakeholder management, project management, and communication skills.
- Fluency in English and Mandarin is required, as this role will work closely with Chinese vendors.
