Job Summary:

As the Product Manager for Early Disease Detection (EDD), you will be responsible for the strategic and operational management of the EDD portfolio. This includes driving product launches, managing the product life cycle, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure commercial success and clinical adoption of our microRNA-powered diagnostic solutions.

Roles and Responsibilities

Portfolio Management: Take full ownership of the EDD portfolio, monitoring product performance and managing the product life cycle from introduction to maturity. Identify products complementary to the company's portfolio, doing Product Launch & Training: Lead the end-to-end launch process and provide comprehensive internal training to ensure technical and commercial readiness. Technical Transfer: Act as the lead for product technical transfers to partner laboratories, working closely with R&D and the Tech Transfer team to support business expansion.Marketing & Events: Partner with the Marketing team to develop promotional collaterals and conceptualize events that support sales and market visibility.Clinical Studies: Collaborate with R&D to conceptualize and execute clinical studies for indication expansion, clinical utility, and KOL engagement. Stakeholder Management: Work across functional groups, including R&D, Clinical Labs, and Regulatory Affairs, to ensure smooth market introduction and continuous improvement.

EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS

Degree in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Medicine, or a related field. Postgraduate qualification is a plus.

JOB KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE

Job Knowledge and Experience

  • >5 years of relevant experience in clinical diagnostics or the oncology industry
  • Proven track record in product management, product launches, or technical support within a biotech environment
  • Deep understanding of molecular diagnostics and the healthcare landscape in Singapore/Southeast Asia
  • Experience in conducting market research and competitor analyses to support and provide information to other business units
  • Involvement in clinical study implementation is an advantage
  • Knowledge of POCT and the FMCG industry is a plus
  • Candidates with previous sales and business development experience may be considered

International travel may be required from time to time.
