A fast growing technology organisation is seeking an experienced data product manager to design and scale core data platforms that power experimentation, measurement, and decision-making across the business.
This role sits at the intersection of product, data, and strategy, and is ideal for someone who enjoys turning complex business needs into reliable, scalable data solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning, governance, and rollout of enterprise data platforms, including experimentation, metrics, and event tracking systems
- Translate diverse business objectives (growth, risk, user behaviour, performance) into clear, end-to-end data product solutions
- Partner closely with engineering, analytics, and business teams to deliver data products from concept through launch
- Define and maintain data standards, core metrics, schemas, and experimentation frameworks
- Drive alignment through clear roadmaps and prioritisation, ensuring data capabilities support company-wide goals
- Act as a trusted data product expert, supporting reviews, consultations, and internal knowledge-sharing
Requirements:
- Extensive experience building or evolving data platforms (experimentation, metrics, event tracking)
- Strong grounding in experiment design, data quality, governance, and data engineering workflows
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and deliver practical, scalable solutions
- Proven track record of influencing and aligning cross-functional teams
- Solid understanding of SQL and data warehousing concepts is a plus
- Comfortable working in English and Mandarin within a cross-market environment
