- Define and manage the product lifecycle for data centre solutions and services
- Translate customer needs into requirements across capacity, resilience and SLAs
- Partner engineering/ops to ensure feasibility, service readiness and quality
- Build product packaging: features, service tiers, pricing inputs and T&Cs
- Enable sales with value propositions, playbooks, and competitive positioning
- Track performance (pipeline, adoption, margin, churn) and iterate the roadmap
- Manage stakeholders across internal teams and external vendors/partners
Anforderungsprofil
- 4+ years in product management, product marketing or solution ownership
- Exposure to data centre / infrastructure / cloud / managed services environments
- Comfortable working with technical concepts (SLA, capacity, resilience, ITSM)
- Strong stakeholder management across engineering, ops, sales and finance
- Commercial mindset: ability to connect customer outcomes to revenue/margins
- Structured execution skills: roadmap planning, prioritisation and delivery cadence
