About The Team

We are building intelligent conversational AI agents powered by LLMs and Agentic AI technologies to transform how Monee interacts with customers. Our product and engineering team works closely with fintech domains(Credit,Payment,digibank) — including collections, customer service, promotions and so on — to design, build, and continuously optimize AI-driven dialogue experiences end-to-end. We combine deep technical capability with business intuition to ship agents that are not just functional, but operationally effective at scale.

Job Description

  • Lead the full product lifecycle for conversational AI agent products — from problem discovery and solution design through to launch, iteration, and performance optimization.
  • Embed deeply with business teams to understand operational pain points and translate them into effective conversational AI agent experiences.
  • Define agent behavior, dialogue flows, escalation logic, and LLM integration patterns in collaboration with engineering and data science.
  • Drive cross-domain initiatives to identify reusable capabilities and shared patterns as our chatbot footprint expands company-wide.
  • Leverage data, user feedback, and experimentation to continuously improve task completion rates, containment, and customer experience outcomes.
  • Work cross-functionally across business, risk, operations, and engineering to align priorities, manage dependencies, and ensure execution quality.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or above; degrees in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or related technical fields are preferred but not required.
  • Proven experience in product management or AI product development; hands-on familiarity with LLMs, conversational AI, or multi-agent systems strongly preferred.
  • Strong analytical and technical skills; comfortable engaging on system architecture, prompt design, and AI evaluation.
  • Experience working embedded with business or operations teams — not just defining specs, but driving outcomes together.
  • Background in fintech, financial services, or lending products is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work across diverse teams and geographies.
  • Self-driven and adaptable, with a bias for action and a passion for turning AI capabilities into tangible business impact.
