With a focus on growth and conversion, the role will be responsible for bridging the gap between our consumers, business stakeholders, and the product development team. It will own the end-to-end ramp experience, from first interaction through transaction completion, ensuring each step of the journey is optimised for clarity, speed, and trust.
Key responsibilities include:
- Owning the end-to-end consumer ramp experience, with accountability for conversion rate across the full funnel.
- Defining and executing a growth-focused product roadmap centred on UX improvements and funnel optimisation.
- Using data to identify friction points, drop-offs, and opportunities for conversion uplift.
- Designing, testing, and iterating on user journeys, flows, and interfaces to improve completion rates.
- Partnering closely with design, engineering, analytics, compliance, and commercial teams.
- Running experiments and A/B tests to validate hypotheses and measure impact.
- Ensuring growth initiatives align with regulatory, risk, and trust requirements inherent to crypto payments.
- Translating insights into clear product requirements, user stories, and prioritised delivery plans.
