Are you a hands-on marketer with experience working with pharmacy retail chains such as Watsons, Guardian, or Unity Pharmacy
We are seeking a practical and commercially driven Product Manager to support the growth of a portfolio of consumer healthcare brands across the pharmacy and healthcare retail channels.
This role offers the opportunity to work across multiple brands and therapeutic categories, with strong exposure to brand marketing, trade marketing and retail activation. It is particularly suited for marketers who enjoy a hands-on environment with broad commercial exposure.
Develop and execute Go-To-Market strategies for assigned product portfolios
Plan and implement annual marketing programs to grow brand awareness, sales and market share
Conduct market analysis, competitive reviews and opportunity assessments
Drive digital marketing and e-commerce initiatives to support product visibility
Track marketing campaign performance and define KPIs for effectiveness
Support new product launches and portfolio expansion initiatives
Manage marketing budgets and ensure effective use of A&P investments
Develop and execute trade marketing initiatives across pharmacy chains, modern trade and independent pharmacies
Plan and coordinate retail promotions, in-store campaigns and merchandising programs
Work closely with sales, supply chain and regulatory teams to ensure successful execution of trade plans
Develop POS materials and retail activation programs to drive sell-through
Build strong relationships with category managers and retail stakeholders
Monitor the effectiveness of trade activities and ensure strong return on investment
Partner closely with the sales team and participate in regular field visits to understand retail and customer dynamics
Provide insights into consumer behaviour, pharmacy retail trends and competitor activities
Contribute to initiatives that support portfolio growth and market expansion
Degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences or related discipline
3-5 years of marketing experience in consumer healthcare, FMCG, personal care or pharmacy-related sectors
Exposure to pharmacy retail channels or modern trade accounts
Strong analytical, planning and stakeholder management skills
Comfortable working in a hands-on and collaborative environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word
