We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead the development and optimisation of our overseas user-growth advertising products. This role focuses on building scalable ad-tech solutions, driving media integration, and delivering data-driven growth strategies for international game markets.
Job Responsibilities
Requirement Gathering & Product Delivery
- Lead end-to-end product lifecycle, including requirements collection, solution design, and implementation for overseas advertising and user-growth products.
Media Platform Integration
- Understand business logic of major international advertising platforms and collaborate with partners (e.g., Google, Meta/Facebook) to support product iteration and adopt the latest media strategies.
Automation & Optimisation Tools
- Design and deliver automated campaign-management tools to reduce manual workload and improve advertising ROI.
Innovation in Algorithm-Driven Growth
- Explore advanced growth strategies combining ad-delivery algorithms, including dynamic creative generation, real-time bidding optimisation, and attribution model enhancements.
Data Architecture & Insights
- Build and maintain a comprehensive user-growth data system; provide actionable insights and data tools to optimisation specialists; continuously monitor and improve key performance metrics.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics or related fields.
- 35 years of product management experience, including 13 years in overseas digital advertising or user-growth products.
- Familiar with major overseas media platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads) and third-party attribution tools (e.g., AppsFlyer).
- Strong grasp of advertising algorithms such as oCPX, bidding models, CTR/CVR prediction strategies, and optimisation frameworks.
- Proven ability to design robust B2B solutions from a business-first perspective.
- Experience in advertising platforms, growth platforms, or other enterprise-side products is an advantage.
- High data sensitivity with proficiency in SQL and Python or similar analytical tools.
- Able to derive insights from data, identify root causes, and support product decisions.
- Strong logical thinking, structured problem-solving skills, and the ability to translate complex issues into actionable solutions.
- Effective cross-functional collaboration skills with experience managing stakeholders across teams.
- Able to drive execution and deliver results even under resource constraints.
