Product Manager( CMIC & IoT integrations)

Core Responsibilities:

1. Customer Segmentation and Business Insights: Systematically understand target customers business characteristics and pain points through client interviews, field observations, competitor research, and industry reports within the SG market

2. Define Core Value Proposition from Ground Up: Align product positioning with client business objectives, defining clear MVP scope, functional boundaries, and success metrics

3. Lead end-to-end product design and delivery from inception, establishing measurable value validation mechanisms to drive continuous product evolution

4. Collaborate on Go-to-Market strategy execution: Develop product launch materials with sales, customer success, and marketing teams to ensure accurate communication of product capabilities and conversion into commercial outcomes.

Requirements

1. Minimum 7 years B2B product experience

2. Proven track record of leading product definition and planning from inception to launch

3. Exceptional cross-team collaboration skills with ability to align objectives efficiently across Customer Success, Sales, Implementation and Technical teams

4. English as working language Cantonese proficiency or prior B2B product experience within SG's existing asset sector preferred.
