Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business objectives.
- Translate business requirements into prioritised product backlogs, user stories, and technical specifications.
- Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle from concept and development to launch and optimisation.
- Work closely with engineering teams to manage sprint planning, delivery timelines, and product releases.
- Conduct customer research and gather feedback to improve product adoption and user experience.
- Drive go-to-market initiatives, including product launches, onboarding, documentation, and pricing strategies.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to align priorities and ensure successful product delivery.
- Monitor product performance, user behaviour, and key metrics to drive continuous improvement.
- Stay informed on industry, technology, and regulatory developments relevant to fintech and cloud infrastructure.
Requirements
- 5-10 years of Product Management experience, preferably in fintech, payments, cloud infrastructure, or financial services.
- Proven track record of launching and scaling products in a startup or high-growth environment.
- Well verse in Agile/Scrum methodologies, product lifecycle management, and stakeholder engagement.
- Experience working closely with engineering teams and translating business requirements into technical solutions.
- Data-driven mindset with analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Technical understanding of APIs, cloud technologies, and system architecture.
- Experience with Cloudflare solutions is preferred.
