As a Product Manager for Clearing & Settlement, you will develop a deep understanding of eCommerce financial systems and lead end-to-end product solutions that enhance our clearing and settlement processes. Your work will directly impact marketplace financial reconciliation, risk monitoring and mitigation, seller experience, and compliance initiatives.
Job Description
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of Clearing & Settlement systems within the eCommerce landscape
- Lead the design and development of features that facilitate marketplace financial reconciliation, risk management, and regulatory compliance
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, Operations, Product, Engineering, Design, and Data teams from both regional and local, to deliver sustainable and user-centric solutions, and transition offline processes to automated, systematic online solutions
- Own and drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for clearing and settlement solutions
- Manage end-to-end product lifecycle from requirement gathering, product design, development, to rollout including UI/UX and backend logic, iterating based on data insights and user feedback
- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and user interviews to inform product decisions and identify industry best practices
Requirements
- Bachelors degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, Business Analytics or related fields
- Minimum of 5 years experience in product management or business analysis, in tech or finance industries
- Strong quantitative and qualitative reasoning, with excellent logical and critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication skills, capable of leading complex discussions and coordinating multiple stakeholders independently
- Customer-centric mindset with a keen business sense and focus on delivering value
- Proactive, self-motivated, and with a strong ownership mentality
- Highly organised, results-driven, able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously, and adaptive to changes
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin to facilitate cross-border discussions and collaborations with stakeholders from Asia
