  • Responsible for Promotion Campaign Product lines that target and aim to provide good product support for big campaign operations, which includes both Business Development and Marketing teams
  • Drive campaign order and GMV performance by optimizing user interactions, fine tune algorithms and overall buyer experience during large campaigns
  • Perform data analysis regarding feature performance and potential business improvement opportunities
  • Coordinate with business stakeholders and developers to ensure proper product design and fulfill Business requirements.
  • Prepare and conduct necessary tests and data analysis
  • Perform benchmarking with competitors and identify the product differences and areas of improvement
  • Take ownership of the product development lifecycle and ensure timely delivery of products

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Business, Business Analysis, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field with system knowledge
  • Prior product management experience, especially in e-commerce or algorithm optimization is preferred
  • Good data analysis skills, preferably with SQL knowledge
  • Strong in logic, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
  • Strong ownership, with a self-starter mindset, and willingness to learn. Action oriented and focus on getting things done independently
