Product Manager

Role Overview

We are looking for a Product Manager to support the end‑to‑end product lifecycle - from ideation to launch - of initiatives that align with Bitsmedia's strategic vision. This role will contribute to shaping the future of Muslim Pro, serving millions of users globally across prayer, lifestyle, content, and FinTech experiences.

The ideal candidate is a hands‑on executor with strong product instincts, experience in cross‑functional collaboration, and a passion for building meaningful digital experiences for the global Muslim community.

Key Responsibilities

Product Vision & Roadmap

• Translate business goals into user‑centric features across core offerings such as prayer, Quran, lifestyle content, and emerging FinTech services.

• Support the development of product roadmaps aligned with Muslim Pro's mission.

Collaboration & Execution

• Partner with Engineering, Design, Data, and Marketing teams to deliver impactful product features.

• Coordinate execution from concept to launch in an agile environment.

Experimentation & Optimization

• Assist in designing A/B testing frameworks to improve product performance.

• Use analytics and user behavior data to inform product decisions and prioritization.

Quality Assurance

• Work with QA and cross‑functional teams to ensure features meet business and user requirements.

• Maintain product quality, reliability, and usability across releases.

Customer‑Centric Development

• Gather feedback, conduct user research, and analyze behavior patterns.

• Refine product features to enhance user satisfaction and deliver meaningful value.

Market Awareness

• Stay updated on industry trends in mobile apps, Islamic digital services, and FinTech.

• Propose new product ideas to keep Muslim Pro competitive and relevant.

• Position Level: Manager

• Minimum Years of Experience: 5-6 years (adjusted from 8 for Senior PM)

• Employment Type: Permanent, Full‑time

• Monthly Salary Range (SGD): $6,000 - $9,500

• Qualification: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent

• Field of Study: Engineering, Computer Science, or related disciplines
