Job Requirements :
Minimum of 10 years experience in Data Governance or Data Management within a financial institution, preferably in banking.
Demonstrated ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder environments, including business, IT, compliance, and external vendors.
Strong documentation and presentation skills, with proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
Proven experience in banking-related projects or consulting environments, with solid team management, leadership, and stakeholder engagement capabilities.
Preferred Qualifications :
Experience working with Risk Management and Finance/Accounting teams, particularly in the context of internal and external reporting.
Familiarity with BCBS 239 implementation and related regulatory frameworks.
Understanding of regulatory and internal reporting processes, as well as finance/accounting business workflows and supporting systems.
Project management experience, including tracking progress, managing risks and issues, and coordinating stakeholders.
Experience in preparing and delivering executive-level reports and presentations.
