Responsibilities:
- Manage and enhance corporate client onboarding and lifecycle KYC processes, including workflow digitalization initiatives
- Participate in the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from requirement gathering to implementation and post-launch enhancement
- Collaborate closely with Compliance, Risk, Operations, Legal, and Technology teams to ensure products and processes meet regulatory and internal governance standards
- Support projects and UAT relating to corporate online banking platforms and new product functionalities
- Develop and implement product initiatives to improve operational efficiency, customer experience, and business growth
- Conduct periodic review and update of product policies and procedures
- Provide internal training and support to business teams on product enhancements and process updates
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Banking, Business Administration, or related disciplines
- Approximately 3-5 years of relevant banking experience in product management, transaction banking, cash management, onboarding/KYC, or corporate banking operations
- Exposure to corporate online banking platforms, client lifecycle management, or workflow/process enhancement projects would be advantageous
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and coordination skills
- Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment with good attention to detail
- Familiarity with regulatory and governance requirements within banking environments
- Proficiency in both English and Mandarin to liaise with Chinese-speaking stakeholders
