About the Role
Our client is an internet company. They are currently hiring a Product Manager to help build out its AI powered internal productivity platform. You will sit at the intersection of enterprise tooling, workflow automation, and applied AI (LLM, agents, copilots), shaping products that turn cutting edge AI capabilities into real, measurable efficiency gains across the organization.
What You'll Be Doing
- Own the end to end product lifecycle of internal AI powered platforms and tools, from requirement analysis and product design through documentation, delivery, and post launch iteration, with full accountability for product quality and user experience.
- Partner closely with internal business users to elicit pain points and workflow needs, and translate them into actionable, AI native product solutions (e.g., LLM assisted workflows, intelligent agents, copilots, low code or AI orchestration).
- Build a deep understanding of the underlying business, abstract recurring problems and feature patterns into holistic solutions, and shape the longer term product roadmap for the AI productivity platform.
- Use the platform to enable business teams and meaningfully lift operational efficiency through productized AI capabilities.
- Collaborate with internal and external partners across engineering, design, AI/ML, and business stakeholders to drive projects to delivery against agreed goals and KPIs.
- Stay current on industry trends across ToB platforms, AI agents, LLM applications, and enterprise productivity tooling, and bring relevant ideas back into the roadmap.
What We're Looking For
- 1+ years of experience as a back office or internal platform product manager prior experience with internal systems, internal platforms, or open platforms is a strong plus.
- Comfortable with product design tools such as Visio and Axure, proficient with mind mapping tools, and a working knowledge of databases.
- Familiarity with the research and design process for ToB products, including requirement gathering, prioritization, and stakeholder alignment.
- Strong sense of ownership and initiative, able to take modules from end to end independently, with solid communication and project driving skills.
Nice to Have
- Hands on experience with low code, workflow orchestration, or AI agent / LLM application platforms.
- Genuine, longer term interest in ToB, internal platform, or AI for productivity product work.
