Our client, is building an AI Incubation Center in Singapore, focused on next-generation AI-native product experiences. They are looking for a hands-on Product Manager to drive 0→1 product development at the intersection of AI + Interactive Systems for Singapore Market and Beyond..

Core Responsibilities
Own end-to-end product development
- Lead product definition, roadmap planning, and execution for AI-driven gaming products (from 0→1 and beyond)
- Translate ambiguous ideas into clear product specs, user flows, and deliverables
- Design and iterate on AI-native features (e.g. AI NPCs, generative content, adaptive gameplay, AI copilots)
- Work closely with engineering to integrate LLMs / GenAI into real-time experiences.
Optimize product performance & experience
- Define and track key product metrics (engagement, retention, latency, UX responsiveness)
- Continuously improve product experience through data-driven iteration
Build scalable product systems
- Partner with engineering to design robust product architecture (real-time interaction, data systems, AI pipelines)
- Ensure performance, scalability, and reliability of AI-driven features
Cross-functional leadership
- Work closely with Engineering, Design, and AI Research teams in a fast-paced incubation environment
- Drive alignment and execution across stakeholders
Requirements
Experience
- 2+ years of Product Management experience (consumer / interactive products preferred)
- Experience in 0→1 product building or startup / incubation environments is highly valued
AI & Product Thinking
- Strong interest or hands-on exposure to AI/LLM/GenAI products
- Ability to translate AI capabilities into real user value and engaging product experiences
Product & Execution
- Strong product sense with user-centric thinking
- Excellent problem-solving and structured thinking ability
- Data-driven mindset with experience defining and analyzing product metrics
Communication & Ownership
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
