Job Description

Responsibilities

Assist in new product development projects, including preparation work for launch and migration activities.
Support testing cycles such as UAT and BVT to ensure quality delivery.
Review test cases and functional specifications to confirm scope and alignment with business requirements.
Assist with process documentation and SOP reviews for new features and functionalities.
Contribute to governance documentation to ensure risks are identified and mitigated.
Support migration activities and readiness checks before and after implementation.
Help resolve production issues related to digital channels.

Requirements

Experience in banking or financial services, with knowledge of digital channels and migration processes.
Familiarity with testing cycles, test case reviews, and functional specifications.
Strong understanding of process documentation, governance, and risk management.
Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders and work effectively in cross-functional teams.
Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Technical knowledge (SQL, databases, or application systems) is an advantage.
