Job Description:

Guide and support enterprise partners through their onboarding, integration, and development journey with Shopee via Open API. Lead relevant communications with internal and external stakeholders to ensure each integration's success
Perform User Acceptance Test (UAT) for newly implemented functions, both API focus or features that impacted Open API users
Act with urgency and ownership when issues arise regarding integration and connectivity. Being a problem solver and communicating effectively with partners to ensure continued partners success and the highest support quality
Analyse, align and evaluate business requirements, feasibility and value of the feature requests with the Thailand business team and regional product teams in Singapore and Shenzhen to deliver a comprehensive and accurate Business Requirement Document (BRD)
Design and generate training and communication materials for internal and external users
Drive and own high-level strategic initiatives, and at the same time, be hands-on with the ability to roll up sleeves and get things done.

Requirements:

Minimum 2-3 years of experience of working in operational, API/ OpenAPI integration to internal or external systems as QA, Product Manager, or Product Owner role
Detail-oriented with a demonstrated ability to self-motivate and follow through on projects
Self-starter and a quick learner, independent and flexible, with strong customer focus and sense of ownership
Strong stakeholder management skills with a customer-oriented and execution-focused mindset
Strong verbal and written communication skills and English speaking are a must to collaborate with internal stakeholders
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Postman(or equivalent API tools) and SQL skills are a must
E-Commerce, Internet industry, or API-connectivity experience is a plus
API integration with AI tools, experience with programming language (e.g. Python, Java) is a plus
