About the Role

As Product Intern, you will support the payments product team on achieving product roadmap. You will be working closely with stakeholders in the Technology and Sales team to build out requirements that will give customers a holistic experience on our application.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyse product performance and redesign as required.
• Assist in drafting product requirement documents (PRDs), user stories, and operational procedures
• Build and maintain clear records of feature specs, product fact sheets, and changes for internal and external stakeholders benefit
• Support testing of new features, including UAT and regression testing
• Work cross-functionally with legal, operations, compliance and other teams to ensure timely and quality release of product / enhancements.
• Support product analytics and generate dashboards or summaries on key performance metrics.

Desired Skill Sets and Attributes

• You possess a Degree/Diploma in Computer Science, Engineering or related field.
• You have at least 1 year experience, ideally within a Product Manager role.
• You have good interpersonal and communication skills and are adept at working with multiple stakeholders to drive desired outcomes.
• You have a meticulous personality with attention to details and accuracy of information
• You pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard
• You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders
