Job description:
Product Development Support:
- Work with teams to ensure alignment on product development timelines and deliverables
- Assist in defining product requirements and documentation
- Conduct market research, gather feedback, and perform competitive analysis
Project Coordination:
- Track project progress, schedule and coordinate meetings
- Prepare reports and assist in maintaining product roadmaps
User Experience & Insights:
- Analyse user feedback and data for product improvement
- Assist in creating user guides and product-related documentation
- Support usability testing efforts to refine user experience
What we're looking for:
- Strong interest in product management, user experience research or data analysis
- Analytical and detail-oriented
- Good organisational, communication and collaboration skills
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office Suite and exposure to project management tools (e.g., Jira) is a bonus
Work Location: Orchard
Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8.30am - 5.30pm
