About the Role

We're looking for a motivated and detail-oriented intern to help drive product adoption for new features launched in Singapore. This role is ideal for someone eager to learn how product growth happens in real-world settingsbalancing on-the-ground execution with data-driven experimentation.

You'll contribute to initiatives that help employers and job seekers discover, understand, and engage with our latest features. The role spans product, marketing, and operations workstreams, offering broad exposure to how products scale in a competitive market.

Key Responsibilities

- Enable a smooth user journey by supporting activation initiatives for employers and job seekers.

- Contribute to go-to-market efforts that increase visibility and usage of new features.

- Manage operational touchpoints that ensure trust, credibility, and efficiency in our platform experience.

- Craft compelling communication materials and visuals that simplify feature adoption messages.

- Analyse adoption metrics to spot trends, uncover insights, and recommend growth experiments.

Who You Are

- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a university program in business, marketing, communications, data analytics, or related fields.

- Analytical mindset with attention to detail and comfort using data to drive decisions.

- Self-motivated, organized, and capable of handling multiple tasks independently in a fast-paced startup environment.

- Able to commit 1-6 months of internship
