Product Management Executive (12-Month Contract)
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Product Management Executive to join the Product Management team on a 12-month contract.
In this role, you will support the administration, coordination, and maintenance of fund documentation and product-related activities across a range of investment funds. This position offers valuable exposure to fund operations and regulatory processes within a professional and collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
Fund Documentation and Regulatory Support
- Assist in the preparation, review, and maintenance of fund documentation, including prospectuses, product highlight sheets, and information memorandums
- Support updates to offering and constitutive documents in line with regulatory requirements
- Coordinate lodgement and dissemination of documents with regulators and relevant stakeholders
- Prepare addendums and supplements where required
Stakeholder Coordination
- Liaise with internal teams (Legal, Compliance, Operations, Investment) and external service providers
- Facilitate timely documentation updates and regulatory filings
Product and Operational Support
- Support CPFIS-related matters, including reporting and submission preparation
- Track approvals, renewals, and periodic reporting requirements
- Assist in product lifecycle activities such as fund updates, operational changes, and rationalisation initiatives
Administration and Project Support
- Maintain accurate document version control and tracking logs
- Provide administrative and project support to the Product Management team
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Finance, Business, Accountancy, or a related field
- 1-3 years of relevant experience in financial services or a similar support role
- Basic understanding of collective investment schemes and fund structures
- Familiarity with Singapore regulatory requirements regional exposure is an advantage
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
