About Team
We are a dynamic product legal team dedicated to supporting the global expansion and iteration of the company's core products, helping our business teams scale new heights amid the AI wave. We are looking for legal talents like you, who are passionate about innovation, technology, and content, to join us and work closely with legal experts around the world to realize this vision.

As the Product Legal Counsel and Legal BP for the product you support, you will take on the following responsibilities:
- Product Feature Review: Conduct comprehensive legal assessments of product functions and features, AI model training and deployment, and more, and provide legal opinions.
- Cross-regional and Cross-functional Collaboration: Provide cross-regional and cross-functional legal support, communicate closely with various teams to resolve complex issues spanning multiple jurisdictions and legal areas, deliver pragmatic solutions under tight timelines, and ensure alignment with global compliance standards.
- Process Optimization: Identify process bottlenecks, develop clear guidelines for high-frequency scenarios, and provide training to relevant teams on common issues, so as to keep pace with the fast-moving business.
- Commercial Support: Assist business teams in advancing day-to-day commercial transactions and operations, and participate in the drafting and negotiation of business contracts.
- Handle other tasks assigned by your manager as needed.

Qualifications
Minimum Qualification(s):
- Professional Experience: Around 5 years of experience in the internet and technology sector, gained either through practice at a reputable law firm or as legal counsel at a reputable internet, technology, or entertainment company.
- Domain Expertise: Hands-on experience in one or more of the following areas: AI governance, data protection/data privacy, minor protection, content moderation and safety, copyright, developer ecosystem, and media & entertainment law.
- Legal Competence: Strong ability to identify and analyze legal issues, draft legal opinions, and negotiate agreements, with hands-on experience handling complex cross-jurisdictional legal matters.
- Language Proficiency: Proficiency in Chinese and English is required to collaborate with global partners and key stakeholders based in Mandarin-speaking markets, where Mandarin is a primary working language.
- Business Acumen: Solid commercial awareness, with the ability to understand business needs efficiently and accurately, balance legal risks with operational viability, and provide pragmatic, solution-oriented advice.
- Soft Skills: Agile thinker and strong communicator who works proactively and effectively with colleagues from diverse cultural and professional backgrounds. Excellent project management skills and a proven ability to manage multiple high-stakes tasks in fast-paced environments.

Preferred Qualification(s):
- A JD or LLM degree from a renowned international law school.
- Extensive experience providing long-term legal services to clients in areas such as AI, international consumer-facing (ToC) apps, short-drama content production, mini-game production and distribution.
- Exceptional work ethic and professional dedication, with a passion for continuous learning and constantly acquiring new knowledge and skills.
- A strong interest in cutting-edge technology, AI, and the large-model ecosystem, demonstrated through proactive learning and exploration.
