Position Overview
The Product Leader is responsible for strategic management, business development and quality of delivery of new services within the Asia-Pacific Industry Product Line of Bureau Veritas, focusing on driving growth, innovation, and technical excellence.
Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for identifying strategic markets and services for Industry within APAC
- Scale existing services within the region.
- Specific focus on OPEX services, technology driven services (tech-augmented inspection, digital services, etc.), high potential markets such as Renewable Energies or BESS.
- Lead all the related business development activities and also manage team to prepare qualifications packages, proposal packages and presentations.
- Focal point person on ensuring activities are being completed timely ensuring best chances for on-going projects.
- Coordinate with Key Accounts Managers.
- Coordinate and leverage with the Global Product Line and other Regions to align business drivers and expand business opportunities
- Develop and manage strategy plan and leading the BD team within APAC to increase company market share OPEX services.
- Coordinate with the industry team of the Region to ensure resources development and availability to execute new services.
Qualifications
- Bachelor in technical / engineering degree.
- Marketing/Sales experience.
- Ten (10) years in business development or business management in industry sector is required.
- Demonstrated ability to plan and execute business planning process.
- Advanced knowledge of general business and company procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and develop Sales staff.
- Strong analytical capabilities and providing innovative and impactful insights through data analysis.
- Excellent computer skills in a Microsoft Windows environment.
