We are looking for a Frontier Trend Sensor and a Product Experience Explorer. You should not be a traditional desk analyst. Instead, you are a Trend Native with a genuine passion for FinTech, AI, and Web3. We are seeking a curious individual with a sharp nose for innovation-someone who absorbs information like a sponge and eagerly gets hands-on with new products (e.g., AI financial assistants, next-gen trading platforms, blockchain Apps). Your core value lies in transforming scattered market signals and personal user experiences into clear, actionable insights that drive our strategy and product optimization.
This is a key support and insight role embedded on the business frontline. You will be responsible for continuously tracking, experiencing, and analyzing global product and market dynamics in FinTech, AI, and Web3. Your mission is to provide real-time, high-value feedback on the competitive landscape, user experience (UX), technology trends, and business model innovations. Your insights will directly support the team's strategic decision-making and product iteration, ensuring we stay on the leading edge of the wave.
Key Responsibilities
Immersive Product Testing & Analysis:
- Proactively and frequently test frontier products (Digital Banks, AI Advisors, CEX/DEX, DeFi Protocols, Smart Contract Tools).
- Leverage AI tools to assist in drafting deep-dive experience reports, detailing interaction flows, core advantages, pain points, and comparative takeaways for our own products.
Market Intelligence & Tracking:
- Monitor industry media, social channels (Twitter/X, Discord), and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs).
- Rapidly distil key content into regular digests (Daily/Weekly) to ensure the team is synchronized with the latest market pulse.
Trend Scouting & Preliminary Research:
- Conduct fast fundamental analysis on emerging projects and tech trends in the primary market.
- Cover product models, team backgrounds, technical features, and community sentiment to assist in preliminary screening and data consolidation.
Strategic Support:
- Quickly collect and synthesize data based on specific decision-making needs (e.g., investment assessments, product feature discussions) and assist in preparing insightful internal briefings.
Qualifications
- Passion & Cognition (Must-Have):
A strong interest in and fundamental understanding of FinTech, AI, and Web3. Willingness to learn deeply and continuously. Being a Power User of these technologies is a massive plus.
- Language Proficiency:
Fluency in both Mandarin and English is mandatory. You must be able to read English industry materials, technical documentation, and community discussions without barriers, and summarize them accurately in writing.
- AI Workflow:
Consciousness and ability to use AI tools to enhance the efficiency of information organization, data analysis, and content writing.
- Key Traits:
Strong initiative, rapid learning curve, and sharp insight.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to report results clearly.
Open-minded and eager to explore the unknown.
This is a junior/entry-level position. No prior working experience is required. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
