Job Description

Job Summary

The Product Executive for Lenovo will be responsible for driving the sales and profitability of Lenovo products within TDSYNNEX. This role involves managing the product lifecycle, developing and executing sales strategies, and maintaining strong relationships with both Lenovo and our channel partners.

Job Responsibilities

Product Management:

  • Oversee the entire product lifecycle for Lenovo offerings, including product selection, pricing, and inventory management.

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer need to identify new business opportunities and product enhancements.

  • Collaborate with Lenovo to understand upcoming product roadmaps, features, and marketing initiatives.

  • Develop and implement effective product positioning and messaging strategies.

Sales & Marketing Support:

  • Develop and execute sales plans and promotional activities to achieve revenue and profit targets for Lenovo products.

  • Provide comprehensive product training and support to TDSYNNEX's sales teams and channel partners.

  • Work closely with the marketing team to create compelling sales collateral, campaigns, and events.

  • Act as a product expert for Lenovo, answering technical and commercial inquiries from internal teams and partners.

Vendor & Partner Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with key contacts at Lenovo.

  • Negotiate favorable terms, pricing, and marketing development funds with Lenovo.

  • Develop and nurture relationships with TDSYNNEX's channel partners to drive Lenovo product adoption and sales.

  • Conduct regular business reviews with partners to track performance, identify challenges, and develop solutions.

Reporting & Analysis:

  • Track and analyze sales performance, inventory levels, and profitability for Lenovo products.

  • Generate regular reports for management on market performance, sales forecasts, and strategic initiatives.

  • Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to optimize product strategy and sales execution.


Job Qualifications

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.

Experience

  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in product management, sales, or business development within the IT distribution or technology industry.

  • Prior experience working with or for Lenovo products is highly desirable.

Skills

  • Strong understanding of the IT hardware market, particularly in the PC, server, and networking segments.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and channel partners.

  • Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving abilities.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

  • Results-oriented with a strong drive to achieve targets.
