Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Product Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will focus on becoming an expert in our water quality instruments and their applications. This role requires a minimum of 2 years of laboratory testing experience, preferably with electrochemistry products such as meters and electrodes. The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be detail-oriented, and have a strong willingness to learn.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop a deep understanding of our water quality instruments and their applications.
- Provide excellent technical support to distributors and internal teams.
- Conduct hands-on testing and troubleshooting of our products.
- Process warranty claims, provide return goods authorization (RGA) numbers, and monitor shipments of warranty replacements.
- Collaborate with our graphics designer to prepare application notes, technical tips, videos, flyers, manuals, posters, and brochures.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to provide product expertise.
- Visit distributors and customers to conduct training, seminars, and workshops.
- Assist in the development of product documentation such as manuals and training materials such as presentation slides and frequently asked questions.
- Plan and arrange webinars, distributors seminars, and product launches.
- Prepare and release newsletters.
- Stay updated with industry trends and advancements by attending exhibitions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in science or engineering, preferably with a background in Chemistry or Environmental Science.
- Minimum of 2 years of laboratory testing experience, preferably with electrochemistry products such as meters and electrodes.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Willing to travel and learn.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
