Product Engineering Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple product variants across the full product lifecycle, including concept development, design, engineering, testing/validation, and manufacturing.

• Coordinate and supervise engineers and technical specialists to ensure effective cross-functional collaboration and timely project delivery.

• Develop and implement automation initiatives to improve operational efficiency and reduce testing and validation cycle time.

• Oversee prototype development and testing to validate design concepts and functional performance.

• Identify and implement cost optimisation opportunities while maintaining product quality and compliance standards.

• Manage product updates and engineering changes related to End-of-Life (EOL) components.

• Support regulatory and certification activities to ensure products meet applicable market and compliance requirements.

• Ensure accurate and up-to-date technical documentation, including datasheets, integration guides, and application notes, to support internal teams and customers.

Team Leadership Responsibilities

• Define product release objectives, timelines, and deliverables, and guide the team to achieve project goals.

• Build, develop, and manage the Product Engineering team, including recruitment, coaching, and performance management.

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, external partners, and vendors to support product development and manufacturing activities.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electronics Engineering, Communications Engineering, or a related field.

• At least 10 years of relevant industry experience in product engineering or related roles.

• Strong knowledge of radio and Wi-Fi product development, product engineering processes, and quality management systems.

• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced work environment.

• Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.

• Demonstrated leadership experience in guiding and supporting engineering teams.
