Product Engineering Lead

We're growing fast and have created a brand-new role for a rockstar Product Engineering Lead to help us scale our chemistry-driven product engineering to the next level. In this role, you'll turn breakthrough science into real-world products, define the strategy, and lead an exceptional team that's shaping the future of material science.

What You'll Do

. Own and drive the product engineering roadmap.

. Build and grow a cross-disciplinary team (chemistry, luminescent materials, software, optics).

. Lead products from prototype through to customer rollout.

. Connect the dots across R&D, engineering, and commercial teams.

. Establish lean, scalable, high-quality processes.

. Coach, mentor, and inspire top engineering talent.

Who We're Looking For

. Proven leader with experience building and scaling engineering teams.

. Hands-on expertise across the full product lifecycle (NPI/Stage Gate).

. Track record of taking prototypes into production and customer deployment.

. Strong background in lean manufacturing and quality systems.

. Strategic and resourceful, with the ability to thrive in cross-functional environments.
