Product Engineer

Job Description

1. Provide engineering support for a wide range of products (RF / Mixed Signal / Digital) through all phases from development to production release
2. Work closely with test engineering team and production support team to drive debug activities, reliability qualification and yield enhancement
3. Close interaction with Product Test Engineering team and Communicate technical product status to management
4. Establish with customers on product testing requirements and production release requirements
5. Follow up with Foundries and test subcontractors/SAT houses to resolve all production issues
6. Provide detailed status reports at each phase, test limit (guard band) generation, correlation and yield summary reports
7. Support Yield improvement, Test Time Reduction and retest rate improvement for production ramp

Job Requirements

1. Degree/Diploma in Electronics / Electrical Engineering
2. Minimum 1-3 years relevant experience on the Product/Test Engineering with foundry process background preferred
3. Solid understanding of test concepts on digital, Mixed Signal and RF products
4. Hands on experience using Advantest 93K ATE is added advantage
5. Good experience with statistics and data mining
6. Strong Data analysis skill & exposure on any Statistical Analysis Software's JMP, CEDA or Data power and Optimal plus tool knowledge is a plus
7. Knowledge in scripting (perl/java/vba) and automation in reporting is a plus
8. Very strong verbal and written communication skills and able to work independently
