Role Summary:
You are responsible to support and contribute in driving best-in-class yield and defectivity performance.
Key Responsibilities :
- New/mass production yield analysis and improvement
- Product yield abnormalities systematic analysis and solutioning
- Work with modules, Integration & QRA, etc to solve product technical issues
- Product yield target goal setting and forecast
- Participate in new process development and production ramp
- Product yield improvement and related customer request support
- Wafer return electrical and physical failure analysis.
Education Qualification & Essential Experiences:
- Degree in Electrical / Electronics / Mechanical / Mechatronics / Microelectronics /Material Engineering or Physics science.
- At least 2 years of relevant work experience in semiconductor wafer manufacturing, with Product Engineering experience preferred.
- Possess strong analytical skills, usage experience in ACEXP / JMP /Minitab
