About the Role
Are you passionate about turning ideas into innovative products We are looking for a skilled Product Engineer to lead product development, experimentation, and improvement initiatives. You will play a critical role in developing new and enhanced products while ensuring quality, compliance, and manufacturability.

Key Responsibilities

• Product Development & Experimentation: Plan and conduct experiments for new products or modifications. Develop test methods, analyze results, and document findings.

• Customer & Supplier Collaboration: Liaise with customers regarding product issues. Evaluate raw materials and components from suppliers, approve usage based on test results.

• Process & Technology Improvement: Develop and optimize processes for new products. Conduct technology scouting to identify improvements and innovative solutions.

• Documentation & Compliance: Prepare technical reports, test protocols, and documentation for internal and customer approvals (SAP, technical documents).

• Problem Solving & Quality Management: Investigate product or process issues, perform root cause analysis (e.g., DOE, FMEA), and recommend corrective actions.

• Pilot Production Support: Oversee pilot runs, monitor production parameters, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth product introduction.

Requirements

• Degree in Mechanical, Materials, or related Engineering discipline

• 2-3 years experience in product or process development

• Proficient in SAP, CAD/Creo, MS Project, and MS Office

• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

• Good command of English and strong communication skills

Position 2: Manufacturing Engineer

Location: North-east

Industry: Manufacturing (Electro-mechanical)

About the Role
We are seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to lead the design and optimization of manufacturing processes for diverse products. You will provide technical guidance, manage process development, and ensure efficient production operations.

Key Responsibilities

• New Production Introduction: Lead manufacturing process development, tool design, scheduling, cost analysis, and supplier technical support.

• Technical Leadership: Oversee manufacturing processes for cables, harnesses, and electro-mechanical assemblies, including inspection, testing, and assembly guidance.

• Process Optimization & Problem Solving: Analyze production challenges and implement innovative engineering solutions. Conduct rationalization and cost-reduction initiatives.

• Documentation & Compliance: Prepare and maintain process documentation, assembly instructions, drawings, and specifications to support production and quality systems.

• Project Management: Manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines, ensuring projects are completed successfully and efficiently.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering discipline

• 2-5 years experience in manufacturing engineering or related field

• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, tools, and quality testing

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, MS Office, and relevant engineering software

• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to handle multiple priorities
