Be the point of contact for customers as regards to production specification
Manage FAA (First Article Approval) submission and approval
Generate BOM, procedures, traveller and quality plan for product
Responsible for accurate technical analysis of customer specification, and drive internal discussion on specification
Plans & coordinates activities concerned with investing and resolving customer reports of technical problems by utilizing applicable processes to eliminate future operational or service difficulties
Liaise with operations team to address the product support issues to improve overall quality and yield for products assigned &work with QC to resolve rejects and scrap
Conduct engineering evaluations or special build in support of cost reduction initiatives such as alternatives parts/suppliers
Work with QA/QC in failure analysis of the product and continuous effort to reduce cost and improve quality, analyses and troubleshoot warranty problems when beyond the scope of the distributor or customer
Requirements:
Minimum Diploma in Electronics Engineering
At least 3 years of relevant work experience in PCB/PCBA manufacturing industry
Planning and managing new product transfer
Setting up process for new products and establish operation procedures/instructions
Responsible for the line troubleshooting
Experience with quality management systems (ISO 13485,IATF 16949) and familiarity with FDA regulatory requirements is preferred
