Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering
  • At least of 4-5 years of relevant experience, preferably with CPU/GPU products/IPs
  • Experience skillsets on Test IPs such as Scan, MBIST, Functional, Analog-mixed signals and High Speed I/O test, DFT concepts
  • Scan, Ethernet, Fuse, IOSPEC, JTAG, MBIST, DDR, PCIE, PLL, RESET, Ring Osc., Static/Dynamic IDD, High Voltage Stress, Thermal, xGMI, Functional
  • Experience with qualifying OSAT for manufacturing testing
  • Experience with Statistical Data analysis
  • Experience on manufacturing, and post-manufacturing product life cycle support
  • Unix and Windows proficiency and Java, Perl, Python scripting skills.
  • Good understanding of digital testing concepts
  • Good problem identification, problem definition and problems solving skills
  • Self-motivated & independent, strong interpersonal & communication skills, team player

Requirements:

  • Experience with Yield Analysis (using tools such as JMP, SQL etc.), parametric analysis, Yield enhancement, interpreting and deriving insights from Test data
  • Experience in performing Si Characterization across Process/Voltage/Temperature
  • Experience in analyzing Characterization and Manufacturing data to optimize Test voltage/frequency conditions
  • Experience with statistical outlier screening, yield and parametric monitoring
  • Experience developing characterization test programs and 93k ATE skills is a plus

Job Scope:

Product Engineering

  • Analyze engineering and manufacturing test data with statistics and yield insights
  • Analyze yield paretos, deep-dive into yield impactors and identify debug needs, solutions
  • Analyze data from Si and Package qualification, identify issues and drive debug/resolution
  • Brainstorm yield/qual fallout items with Test engineers
  • Plan and Execute IP and Product Characterization tasks end-to-end, such as: Charz test program development with test engineers
  • Test program validation, analysis and debug of charz test content issues
  • Charz data collection on typical and corner samples, driving and monitoring execution
  • Enabling sampled data collection on volume samples
  • Analysis of Charz data, deriving insights on product/IP performance and sensitivities across voltage/frequency/temperature/Si process
  • Preparing detailed Characterization reports
  • Analyze sensitivities of test conditions, optimize test voltage/frequency
  • Work with client system teams to align on Vid allocation methodology and ensure product bounding box is met
