Job Summary

We are seeking a highly dynamic, product-passionate, and market-facing Product Enablement Manager. Based in our global headquarters in Singapore, this role serves as the ultimate subject matter expert and the primary link between our entire product technology ecosystem encompassing cutting-edge hardware terminals, integrated SaaS cloud platforms and digital applications, and the global marketplace.

Your main objective is to know our hardware, software, and cloud solutions inside out, effectively presenting, demonstrating, and driving adoption among both external clients and internal global teams. By blending deep product fluency with market-facing engagement, you will ensure our sales networks, partners, and institutional clients are fully equipped to use, deploy, and buy our complete ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

  • Full-Portfolio Demonstration & Evangelism: Serve as the primary technical presenter and face of the entire product catalogue for key enterprise accounts, global partners, and trade shows. Deliver seamless, highly engaging, and practical live product demonstrations.
  • Global Sales & Team Enablement: Conduct regular training sessions, deep-dives, and onboarding programs for internal teams (Sales, Account Management, Support) to ensure absolute alignment, competency, and confidence in positioning our cross-functional products.
  • Ecosystem Adoption & Education: Design and distribute user-focused training resources—such as video walk-throughs, practical getting started guides, setup playbooks, and interactive demonstration scenarios—to minimize implementation friction for end-users.
  • Market Engagement & Commercial Support: Partner closely with Sales Executives during advanced stages of complex commercial bids to handle deep-dive product questions, deliver tailored proof-of-concepts, and confidently remove purchase barriers.
  • Cross-Functional Feedback Loop: Act as a critical field liaison for the Product Management and Central Marketing teams. Gather real-world user feedback, software UI/UX observations, and deployment challenges to influence the continuous improvement of the product roadmap.

Requirements

  • Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field with a strong interest in hands-on technology interaction and software-hardware synergy.
  • At least 5 years of experience in product advocacy, technical product marketing, solutions engineering, or technical customer success. Experience working within ecosystems combining smart hardware, SaaS, or digital business applications is highly preferred.
  • Proven ability to rapidly master both physical hardware specifications and digital cloud platform interfaces, seamlessly weaving them into a single, compelling business value narrative.
  • Exceptional public speaking, storytelling, and presentation skills. Ability to capture an audience, simplify complex technology logic, and handle live technical Q&A with authority.
  • Excellent command of English for global training initiatives and international client engagement.
  • Flexibility to travel globally (approximately 20-30%) for customer workshops, internal site training, and international industry events.
