Position Overview

The Product Director will lead the end-to-end product lifecycle, driving innovation, strategy, and execution to ensure BUZUD products meet market demand and regulatory requirements, while aligning with the company's growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities

. Define and implement product strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle management.

. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities.

. Collaborate with R&D, marketing, and sales teams to ensure product success.

. Oversee product design, testing, and compliance with HSA and international regulatory standards.

. Manage partnerships with distributors, suppliers, and key stakeholders.

. Develop pricing strategies, product launch plans, and performance tracking.

. Provide product training materials and support for internal teams and partners.

Requirements

. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Life Sciences, Engineering, or related fields.

. 10+ years experience in product management, preferably in medical devices or healthcare.

. Strong knowledge of product development cycles and regulatory requirements.

. Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
